It is advisable to speak English at a level sufficient for everyday and creative communication. This is important for comfortable interaction in an international team. Translation will be provided at key events.

Yes, we are just interested in authenticity and diversity! Unique, rare and traditional instruments are welcome. In the questionnaire, be sure to describe in detail your instrument, its dimensions, air transportation requirements and technical requirements for its connection within the framework of the festival.

The selection is two-stage:

1. Correspondence stage: Consideration of applications and portfolios (videos) by the expert council 
   of the project.
2. Face-to-face (online) stage: Interview with shortlisted candidates.

• Participation in the music festival in Russia (Ulyanovsk, Moscow): April 20-25, 2026.
• Recording and mixing of a music album: April-August 2026.
• Participation in a music festival in India and presentation of a music album: September 2026.
  

Yes. For selected foreign and nonresident participants, the organizers cover the main costs associated with participation in the Russian stage of the project (Ulyanovsk, Moscow in April 2026):

• Flight from your country to Russia.
• Habitation.
• Transfers between cities within the framework of the program.
• Meals (according to the program of the event).

The program is rich: rehearsals, studio recordings, performances at festivals in Ulyanovsk and Moscow, participation in master classes (both as students and as teachers), an excursion program, and attendance at a professional conference.

This is the first ever music album entirely dedicated to the traditional instruments of the BRICS countries. Each participant will record their own track. Then all the tracks will be combined into a single piece of art. The album will be released on digital platforms and will become the cultural legacy of the project.
